The Allen-Bradley 194R-HM4 is an operating handle switch and a standard orientation with a defeater. 194R-HM4, in particular, can be employed by the EC Non-fused disconnect switches at the range of 125…630A similarly the IEC Fused disconnect switches with a range of 100…400A, and UL Disconnect switches too, at the range of:100…400 A. Since the 194R-HM4 is a product from the 194R series of UL disconnect switches, it can be used with many handles and padlocks. The primary use of this rotary switch is for the operating handles/padlocks such as C1, C2, D1, D2, E1, E2, F1. In addition, the product comes in two colors, black and gray, not red, and green, like some of its counterparts in the same product family. Moreover, this operating handle switch holds a degree of high protection and has a rating of IP66 (Type 3R, 3, 12, 4, 4X. Besides that, the module also offers 20...1250A IEC and 20...800 A UL sizes and provides touch-safe design features. Moreover, the module comes with OSHA padlocking, a set of safety measures and procedures for employees worldwide in the industrial automation sector. Further to this, the 194R-HM4 allows front or side external operation for non-fused disconnected rotary switches especially. On top of that, the module supports thermoplastic/polymers material and stainless steel rings for applications requiring an at-motor disconnecting average. In addition to these specifications, the 194R-HM4 has a lockable feature and comes with a door interlock. However, the handle is not offered in red and yellow colors but in black and gray instead.
