The 1794-IB8 module from Allen-Bradley is an I/O module having eight digital sink inputs. It operates at a nominal voltage of 24 Volts DC. It is a SIL2 rated module that can be used in industrial settings. The 1794-IB8 Flex I/O digital input module should be utilized in an industrial environment with a Pollution Degree 2 rating and a maximum height of 2000 meters above sea level. The module has an open enclosure and is only intended for indoor use. Between the field and the system, it has a basic insulation voltage type of 50 Volts. There is no separation between individual input channels. The 1794-IB8 module is installed on a DIN rail and can be connected to the host PLC system's panel. The CE, CSA, C-Tick, and UL standards have all been applied to the module. It's a terminal basis for the TB3/TB3S.
