The Allen-Bradley 1769-IF8 compact voltage/current analogue input module has 8 differential or single-ended inputs each supports an input voltage rating of 30 volts AC/30 volts DC with different input voltage and current ranges starting from -10 volts DC to 10 volts DC and from 0 milliamps to 20 milliamps respectively. The 1769-IF8 has a resolution of 16 bits. This module converts and digitally stores analogue data voltage or current which can be employed by controllers such as the CompactLogix controller or the MicroLogix 1500 controller.
