Part number 1769-2WS, which was designed and produced by Hardy Process Solutions, is a self-contained, type PLC input and output (I/O) module, with inputs and outputs designed to connect to a CompactLogix or MicroLogix 1500 programmable logic controller. Furthermore, the 1769-2WS is an H1 series, and the module type inside the H1 series may give a dual operation configuration for multi-purpose applications in PLC automation. This module also works well with a vast array of applications involving weighing for a number of purposes. These applications include mixing, filling/dispensing, batching, force measurement, check to weigh, level by weight, and weight rate monitoring. The analog to the discrete converter in the weigh module controller (1757-2WS) updates one hundred (100) times per second and has a display resolution of 1 to 8,388,608 pixels. Furthermore, this necessitates allowing 1757-2WS to deal with two problems, which include large "dead" loads and excessively large load cells/sensors. Nonetheless, the device's resolution can be sufficient to offer precise and consistent monitoring and control. Furthermore, module calibration is done digitally using C2 electronic calibration, C2, or Hard.
