The 1746-NIO4I is a Four-Channel Analog I/O module manufactured by Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation as part of the SLC 500 series. It is an input and output combination module that has two output and two input points in one slot module. The module features two differential current or voltage input points as well as two current outputs with an overall backplane current draw of 145 milliamps at 24 volts and 55 milliamps at 5 volts. It features points that have a common-mode voltage of -20 to 20 volts. At 60 hertz, it has a common module rejection signal of 105 dB with 55dB of normal mode rejection signal. The 1746-NIO4I module has a normal input current range of -20 to 20 milliamps, a current impedance of 250 ohms, and 1.22µA per LSB resolution. This unit features an overall accuracy of ±0.642 percent at 0 – 60 degrees Celsius, a drift accuracy of +79 ppm/5 degrees Celsius, and ±0.556% and ±67ppm/ degrees Celsius maximum gain and drift errors. Allen Bradley 1746-NIO4I Analog I/O module features an input voltage rating of -10 to 10 volts DC and voltage impedance 760 kilo-Ohms at a resolution of 305µV per LSB. It comes with an accuracy of ±0.504 percent ±63 and ±57 ppm/degree Celsius drift accuracy and error. The 1746-NIO4I module provides an overvoltage at 220 volts DC (continuous) or 220 volts AC (RMS). It has six current outputs with a load range of 0 – 500 milliamps and a normal current range of 0 - 20 milliamps, as well as 5 percent over-range capability at a signal resolution of 2.56348µA per LSB.
