The Allen-Bradley 1746-IG16 digital input module provides sixteen input channels each supporting an input current rating of 3.7 milliamperes and an input voltage rating of 5 Volts DC. The 1746-IG16 can be used for industrial applications. This module can be used with Allen-Bradley SLC 500 programmable logic controllers to interface and process digital signals. The 1746-IG16 digital module includes sixteen LED light indicators which are located on the front of the module to show input status. This input module can be mounted on a 35 x 7.5 millimeter DIN rail. It can be wired through a pre-wired wire and a 1492 interface module.
