The 2711PC-T6C20D8 is an Allen-Bradley PanelView 6 Compact 600 Human Machine Interface terminal (HMI). The PanelView 6 Compact 600 allows a qualified operator to quickly and easily access important information on the machinery or device to which the PanelView 6 Compact 600 connected. The PanelView 6 Compact 600 is a subset of the PanelView Plus 6 terminals, which can perform a selective function serving up to 25 displays and as many as 200 alarm messages. This Allen-Bradley 2711PC-T6C20D8 PanelView 6 Compact 600 Human Machine Interface requires 18 Volts to 30 Volts of Direct Current (DC) input power.

The Allen-Bradley 2711PC-T6C20D8 PanelView 6 Compact 600 Human Machine Interface boasts expanded system memory, illumination, and overall technical design which make it vastly superior even to previous PanelView Plus Human Interface Modules. This operator terminal is compatible with a wide variety of devices, including many CompactLogix controllers. The PanelView 6 compact 600 includes a 5.7-inch display with TFT color. The PanelView 6 Compact 600 uses a touchscreen input solution with a display resolution of 320 pixels (pels) by 240 pixels, serving up images in crisp 18-bit graphics. The entire machine has dimensions of 6 x 7.28 x 2.86 inches. The PanelView 6 Compact 600 weighs a total of 1.31 pounds. This unit can be configured as an open system for easy desktop access.

The 2711PC-T6C20D8 is a PanelView Plus 6 Compact Terminal designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The purpose of the Operator terminal is to operate, monitor, and control technical processes. The terminal features a 5.7-inch Color active-matrix TFT touch display with a 320 x 240 resolution. The display has an area of 115 x 86 millimeters (4.5 x 3.4 inches.). The Luminance rating of the screen is 440 cd/m2 (Nits) and comes with a non-replaceable white backlight with a life of 25,000 hours minimum at 25 °C (77 °F). The Operator terminal has 256 Megabytes of RAM and 512 Megabytes of non-volatile memory. The Terminal also supports Secure Digital (SD) card, cat. no.1784-SDx, supported by hot-swappable SD card slot and USB flash drive that is supported by a high-speed, hot-swappable, 2.0 USB host port as external storage options. It features 4 Communication ports: Ethernet (10/100 Mbps, Auto-MDI/MDI-X), RS-232, 1 USB host, and 1 USB device port. The Input operating voltage is 18 to 30 Volts DC (24 Volts DC nominal) and requires the use of Class 2 or safety extra-low voltage (SELV) or protected extra-low voltage (PELV) power supply. The Operator Terminal has a Power consumption of 15 Watts maximum (0.6 Amperes at 24 Volts DC), 9 Watts typical (0.375 Amperes at 24 Volts DC). The recommended PSU is Cat. No. 1606-XLE120E, SELV or PELV isolated power supply; 100 to 240 Volts AC, 250 Volts-Amperes maximum. The Terminal has dimensions of 152 x 185 x 68 millimeters (6.0 x 7.28 x 2.86 inches.), Cut-out dimensions of 123 x 156 millimeters (4.86 x 6.15 inches.) and weighs 594 g (1.31 lb).
