Allen-Bradley’s 2711P-K6C20A is a PanelView Plus 6 graphic operator interface. It’s part of the 600 series of interfaces and includes a 5.7-inch display size. The unit consists of a keypad which has a membrane made of stainless steel and the keypad acts as the primary input interface. There are navigational, numerical, and function keys on the keypad. The visual interface consists of a TFT display with a color active matrix. The area size of the display is 4 x 3.4 inches, or 10.16 x 8.636 cm², and the resolution of the visual interface is 320 x 240 with color graphics of 18 bits. Four hundred and forty (440) Nits is the maximum brightness the display is rated for. The display has a backlight that is white in color and is LED-based. The backlight is non-replaceable and has a life expectancy of 25,000 hours minimum at room temperature i.e., 25 degrees Celsius or 298 Kelvin. 

The 2711P-K6C20A terminal is fitted with 256 MB of random access memory (RAM) and 512 megabytes (MB) of nonvolatile memory. External storage is also available which is provided in the form of secure digital (SD) cards and universal serial bus (USB) flash drive ports. A single 10/100 megabits per second (Mbps) Ethernet port, a single RS-232, a single USB host port, and a single USB device port are provided for communication interfaces for the terminal. This device is designed for an input voltage of one hundred and twenty (120) to two hundred and forty (240) volts alternating current (AC) at fifty (50) to sixty (60) hertz. The average power consumption is about 20-volt ampere (or watts) and the highest power rating for consumption is about 35-volt ampere (or watts).
