The obsolete 2711-B6C3L1 is a PanelView 600 operator terminal manufactured by Rockwell Automation/Allen Bradley. This operator terminal is part of the PanelView 600 series and enables the user to interface with their machine through the human-machine interface with a 5-inch display size on a color screen. The 2711-B6C3L1 PanelView operator terminal is controlled by the use of either a keypad or touchscreen to enhance the input of information and data. It is powered by an input voltage of 18 – 32 volts DC and features an internal memory of 240 kilobytes. Where necessary, the unit comes with an internal replacement backlight part number of 2711-NL5. It has a shipping weight of approximately 6 lbs and measurements of 14 x 11 x 8 inches. It also features the DH - 485 terminals, which can provide point-to-point communication using one MicroLogix SLC 500 controller. Additionally, the PanelView 600 series, as well as the 2711-B6C3L1 operator terminal, offers system communication with multiples processors over the DH – 485 networks. The operator can also use the direct data cable to access through the DH-485 and help minimize the need for extra ladder logic.
