The 2711-B5A15L1 from Rockwell is featured in PanelView Standard 550 models of terminals. The internal Real-Time Clock of the terminal manages to associate a timestamp to any critical data. The user should allow a way to the back side of the panel to accomplish wiring and maintenance duties properly. The panel needs to be based in sites with IEC-1131-2 pollution grade where only only non-conductive pollution will occur. Refrigeration is an important factor of the operation of the panel. There shall be adequate room in the case to obtain it. Data transmission with other systems (e.g: SLCs) may be delivered with the RS-232 (DH-485) interface of the device. The touchscreen of the panel could be used by the user to interact easily with it and configured for all the desired functions. The maximum height for the model to be placed to work correctly should be 2000 meters. The maximum vibration that the panel is able to sustain is 2 g under 2000 hertz. In order to light up the display, the terminal uses a backlight, with an estimated life of around 4200 days of continued operation. This operator panel is equipped with a 120 millimeters wide and 60 millimeters tall monochromatic LCD display. A connection on the network should be exploited to download programs to the module. This environment will speed up the development process by providing many features such as copy & paste and export & import program objects.
