The Allen-Bradley 25C-D2P3N104 is an adjustable frequency AC drive that is able to delivers all-around and cost-effective motor control in a wide range of industrial applications, from independent operations to easy system integration. The 25C-D2P3N104 operates on 480 volts AC, 3-phase supply. The output parameters of the drive include a 2.3 amperes output current, 1.0 horsepower rating, and 0.75 kilowatts of output power. This drive is built with built-in protective features such as automatic BUS voltage regulation and fast-acting current limiting, and it also has a safe torque-off feature, which is shared by all PowerFlex 527 drives, which allows for faster application response in the event of a safety-related stop while also protecting internal components and personnel. The 25C-D2P3N104 has an improved power loss ride-through time and a detachable metal oxide varistor that protects against ground faults when utilized in an ungrounded environment. The 25C-D2P3N104 supports voltage per hertz control, sensorless vector control, closed-loop velocity vector control, and permanent magnet motor control. The 25C-D2P3N104 interacts through an embedded Ethernet/IP port, allowing control of the Ethernet network, as well as an inbuilt RS-485 serial interface, allowing for a multi-drop communication setup. The drive has a frame A open-type enclosure. The recommended operating temperature for the AC drive is between -20 to 50 degrees Celsius (-4 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit) without derating.
