Displacement power factor is 0.98 across the entire speed range and maximum short circuit rating is 100,000 Amperes symmetrical. Actual short circuit rating is determined by AIC Rating of installed fuse/circuit breaker. This 25C-D1P4N104 has an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) for its transistor type. This hardware has a carrier frequency of 2…8 Kilohertz with a drive rating based on 4 Kilohertz. Environmental specifications for the 25C-D1P4N104 include an altitude maximum of 1000 meters (3300 feet) without derating and 4000 meters (13,200 feet) with derating (except for 600 Volt drives at 2000 meters [6600 feet] maximum). Maximum surrounding air temperature is -20 to 50 degrees Celsius without derating and -20 to 60 degrees Celsius with derating. Relative humidity should range between 5% and 95% (non-condensing).
The 25C-D1P4N104 comes with a shipping dimension of 2.83 inches by 5.98 inches by 6.77 inches. It only weighs 2.4 pounds. For communication, it only comes with one Ethernet / IP port. It is a type of standard HIM device. This AC drive comes with the following safety standards – the CUL, the KC, the UL, the CE, and the C-TICK. One feature that sets out this drive is its dual ports. Among other features, this drive also comes with an IGBT brake. It can operate within a variable power range of 0.5 to 30 horsepower. This drive also comes with STO and other integrated safety features. Thanks to its compact design, this drive is ideal for use in compact industrial settings. For protection from corrosive industrial elements, this drive must be placed inside IP20 rated enclosures. When it comes to configuration, this drive requires minimal manual programming. After configuration is complete, this drive is all set to be integrated with PACs from Studio Logix. At full capacity, this drive can produce a maximum output power of 1.4 amperes. There is one local HIM with this drive. Using this HIM, users can locally configure this AC dive in minutes. It features English as its default language. Other than that, it comes with support for other languages such as Turkish, Czech, German, Italian, French, Polish, and others. This AC drive is ideal for modulating fans, pumps, and other industrial applications. This drive can be used to control the torque and speed of any kind of AC drive.
