The 25C-D013N104 is an adjustable frequency drive manufactured by Allen Bradley. This unit is part of the PowerFlex 527 series of drives. It is rated for normal and heavy duty operation at a power rating of 7.5 horsepower, or the equivalent of 5.5 kilowatts. The drive operates on a three-phase power connection. Operations on a single-phase power input provide 35 percent of the rated power on three-phase drives. This unit has a nominal input voltage of 480 volts AC with an operational voltage range between 323 and 528 volts AC. It features standard braking along with an integrated Isolated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT). The drive offers Class 10 electronic motor overload protection. It also provides protection against overcurrent, ground faults, and short circuits. The drive comes with frequency control, position loop, and velocity loop control methods. It features multiple stop modes that are user programmable. Four (4) programmable digital control inputs are provided that operate at 6 to 24 volts in Source mode and 0 to 6 volts in Sink mode. Two (2) analog inputs are also provided. Both are isolated and operate at ±10 volts with a rated current of 4 to 20 milliamperes. Feedback is provided using an incremental dual channel encoder. The drive is built to withstand intermittent overloads for a limited time period. When operating in heavy duty mode, the drive features a 150 percent Overload capability for one (1) minute and 180 percent for three (3) seconds. This drive comes with a standard integrated Human Interface Module. It does not have an EMC filter installed.
