The 25C-D010N114 supports B-sized frames. This is the second smallest frame used with industrial AC drives. For protection against external corrosive elements, this drive must be put inside an IP20 or NEMA-rated enclosure. This AC drive can also be placed inside an open enclosure. Fortunately, this AC drive features EMC filtering. This drive has one EMC filter. For communication, there are two (2) Ethernet / IP ports on this AC Drive. This drive can generate current at 10.5 amperes. Out of all the other AC drives from the PowerFlex 527 series, the 25C-D010N114 requires the least amount of manual configuration. This drive was designed specifically for the Logix PAC controllers.
For communication, this AC drive also comes with dual Ethernet ports. This AC drive can operate within a wide range of output power ranging between 0.5 to 30 horsepower, or the equivalent of 0.4 to 22 kilowatts. Thanks to the safe torque off (STO) feature, this drive offers reliable safety. To trigger the STO feature, users can use either the Cat 3, PLe, or SIL 3 safety devices. The 25C-D010N114 comes with motion instructions that are primarily used by AC drives from the PowerFlex 527 series or servo drives from the Kinetix series. Thanks to these features, this AC drive is very easy to program, configure, and control. This drive can be deployed for heavy-duty and regular industrial applications. One hundred and thirty-three (133) watts is the heat dissipation rate for this AC drive. Due to the EMC filter, this AC drive can be installed on floors.
