The 25B-CTM1 is a PowerFlex 520 series control module by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It consists of a control module and control module front's cover. It is used in the PoweFlex 520 series of AC drives as a standard module, as well as a replacement module. These AC drives have a modular structure, having a control module and power module as a detachable component. This allows for the configuration and installation of drives simultaneously. This control module works over the whole range of the drive's power. It is recommended for frames that range in sizes of A to E. This module has a display serial interface (DSI) port, input /output (I/O) control terminals, and an Ethernet /IP port. These terminals and ports are covered with a control module cover. To access them, the front cover is removed in frames B to E. Whereas, for frame A, the power module and control module are required to be separated to access these terminals and ports. There is no need for a separate power supply to turn on this control module. This module also facilitates the addition of a communication adapter to enhance the functionality of the drive. Make sure that the indicator line on the communication adapter interface connector is parallel to the Control Module's surface. This device has a storage temperature range of -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, or -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, for frames A through D. For frame E devices, the storage temperature range is -40 to 70 degrees Celsius, or -40 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit.
