Part number 25A-D010N114 was designed and produced by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This drive incorporates a modular design in its power and control units, has mains free configuration, and supports one (1) accessory card. Designed for quick installation using DIN rail mounting or panel mounting, this device incorporates zero stacking features at 45 degrees Celsius, integral EMC filtering, integral brake transistor for dynamic braking, a jumper for control wiring flexibility, and adjustable pulse width modulation (PWM) frequencies of up to 16 kilohertz. This drive employs volts per hertz and sensorless vector control technology for implementing motor control, PointStop position control, and is fitted with 1 integral PID loop, 1 analog output, 5 digital output and 1 relay output. Furthermore, it comes retrofitted with Dual port Ethernet/IP option card and integral RS-485/DSI communication.
This Allen Bradley AC drive has an input voltage range of 323 to 528 volts, a total power loss of 133 watts, a bus overvoltage trip of 810 volts DC bus, a bus undervoltage trip of 390 volts DC bus, and a power ride through of 100 milliseconds. Additionally, this alternating current drive has a 47 to 63 hertz frequency tolerance range. The displacement factor across the entire speed range is 0.98. This device also has a programmable output frequency range of 0 to 500 hertz, as well as a typical efficiency level of 97.5 percent. This Bulletin 25A drive has a control input bandwidth of 10 Rad per second for both open and closed loops, a 6-milliampere control circuit current, and a 10-bit analog input resolution. The operating temperature range of this device is -40 to +85 degrees Celsius.
