Allen-25A-B032N104 Bradley's variable frequency ac drive is a variable frequency ac drive. The PowerFlex 523 series of drives include this hardware, which is compact and adaptable. As a motor controller, this Drive is basically an electrical system that works fundamental and sophisticated operations such as regulating speed. It is protected by an IP20 NEMA,  Open type enclosure. It is compatible with both vertical and horizontal zero stacking.

It features a 200-240VAC, 3-phase input, and a 0 to230VAC, 3-phase output, with a rated current of 32.2 Amps and a power output of 7.5 kW (10 H.P.) for both regular and heavy-duty operation, and supports Frame A.  There is an encoder-free PointStop technology that is used to stop the motor workload at a fixed location without using an encoder for V/F controlling and a Sensorless Vector Controlling system. Additionally, it is capable of doing Proportional plus Integral plus Derivative (PID) control on an analog control loop, both automatically and manually. A single PID loop is supported by the 25A-B032N104 PowerFlex 523 series AC drive

The 25A-B032N104 integrates 1-analog input, 5-discrete inputs, 1-analog output, and 1-relay output in a Form C arrangement. It incorporates an RS485 communication interface that enables multi-node communication using a daisy-chain architecture. The RS485 connection supports up to 31 drives. This Drive is also intended to regulate the speed of an ac motor. The user can rely on its advanced features in the areas of innovative design with numerous control options, connection flexibility, energy savings, communications, and effortless programming.

The 25A-B032N104 AC drive boosts machine productivity while reducing downtime. Along with saving time, this product saves space owing to its tiny size and the need for just 50 millimeters of clearance at the top and bottom of the device. This is a multi-purpose mounting device that may be used vertically or horizontally (in either orientation side by side mountable). PowerFlex AC drives may be configured in a number of ways. It has an HMI interface. The HMI interface of the device includes a 5-digit LCD display and an integrated keypad. It has a graphical interface that displays parameter values, codes and written explanations.
