The 22F-D4P2N113 from Allen-Bradley is a three-phase, air-cooled PowerFlex 4M low voltage drive with an integrated "S Type" EMC filter. A 4-digit digital display, an integrated digital keypad, and ten LED status indicators are all included. It doesn't have a brake IGBT, but it does have an internal brake transistor that can do dynamic braking thanks to its simple and low-cost brake resistors. The 22F-D4P2N113 drive also includes a DSI Wireless Network Interface setup, an RS-485/DSI module equivalent to the Modbus RTU unit, and a sequential converter unit. It is enclosed in an open-class IP20 NEMA casing and is suitable for mounting on a DIN-rail installation system.
This PowerFlex 4M series AC drive requires an input voltage of 480 and 50 to 60 hertz frequency band. The voltage level ranges from 340 to 528 volts on the input side, with a 5 kVA and 6 amps output and a 1.5-kilowatts (2 Hp), and output current draws of 4.2 amps. This drive has a power factor of 0.98. This AC drive unit features a relay contact resistive rating of 3 amps at 30V DC or 125-240V AC, and an inductive rating of 30V DC or 125-240V AC. This module operates smoothly at negative 40 to +185 F, and this drive also functions at the highest 1000 m altitude. Further, relative humidity of a maximum of 95% (non-condensing) can be accepted. Additionally, at frequencies ranging from 5 to 20 kHz, this drive has a 15G peak operating shock lasting 11 milliseconds and a 1 G maximum operational vibration. Its measurements are about 6.85 x 36.94 x 5.35 inches, and it weighs around 1.52 kg.
