The 22D-D024N104 is a PowerFlex 40P Adjustable Frequency AC drive from Allen-Bradley. The drive's programmable parameters enable custom setups, allowing it to suit specific application process needs. It is powered by an external three-phase supply voltage ranging from 380 to 480 volts AC, an input current of 26.0 Amperes, and an input voltage of 23.4 Kilovolts. This drive has an output voltage range of 0 to 460 Volts AC, 3-Phase, an output power of 11.0 Kilowatts or 15.0 Horsepower, and an output current of 24.0 Amperes. This drive is compatible with panel installation to an IP20 NEMA / Open rated enclosure. It offers parameter readout and diagnostic display of the 22D-D024N104 via the inbuilt 4 digit display with 10 extra LED indications, resulting in an understandable display of drive status and information. The 22D-D024N104 includes an RS485 port, which allows remote programming. It enables multi-drop or daisy-chain setup, allowing for remote drive configuration and operation. By adding extra communication cards, the 22D-D024N104 may also handle various communication protocols like EtherNet/IP and PROFIBUS DP. The digital control inputs of the 22D-D024N104 include two specialized semi-programmable inputs for start and stop modes, as well as five programmable inputs for functions such as preset speeds.
