The 22A-D2P3H204 is an adjustable frequency drive from Allen-Bradley. Rockwell Automation manufactures this PowerFlex 4 drive. It is a three-phase drive that comes with the 0.75 kilowatts (1 Hp) motor rating. Additionally, the drive has an input voltage rating of 340 to 528 VAC while having a 3.2 amperes input current. The output current range of the drive is 2.3 amperes and a 3.2 kVA apparent power. This adjustable frequency drive by Allen-Bradley supports both the analog and digital inputs and its support for the programmable output with the modulated frequency that ranges from 2 to 16 kilohertz. The DIP switch helps set the digital input control either to the sink or the source mode on this drive, while the analog input control contains 0 to 10V DC at 100 kVA of the Input Impedance. In addition, the drive also features a 140M-C2E-B40 motor protector and a 100-C09 contactor, which comes with six fuses and a 40 watts power loss. The drive also has a dynamic brake, an IGBT Brake that helps protect against an overcurrent at the 200% hardware limit for up to 60 seconds maximum. Besides, the drive has a CE complaint filter and a keypad. As far as the display is concerned, this module includes the LED. Moreover, this adjustable drive is rated by the NEMA and IP20 open-type enclosure. This PowerFlex 4 drive has a brand reputation of Allen-Bradley's and Rockwell Automation's capable of optimizing the plant-wide applications and help provide users with flexibility when it comes to the motor and speed control tasks in an industrial environment.
