This adjustable frequency drive helps the operators to be in charge of and authorize the machine and device's speed. The 22A-A1P4N103 PowerFlex Four module delivers an interface with the help of a 4 digit (Light emitting diode) screen, and to show the operator what the module's status and mode are, it comes with a set of ten more light emitting diode signals. The module also contains ten UL Class J fuses, a motor guard (labeled as the 140M-C2E-B63) that keeps the module safe at one-fifty percent overload for sixty seconds and two-hundred percent overload for three secs, and a 100-C009 contactor type comprising of an integrated branch circuitry safety.
With 2 different, independent and configurable controllers (output), this drive has a configured frequency of zero to two-forty Hertz. This Allen Bradley manufactured module has twenty-five watts of heat being used up by the IP20 shell, which is a national electrical manufacturers association, or simply known as NEMA type open.
The digital input has two options of input controls to choose from. The source mode, being one of them. It has eighteen to twenty-four V/ zero to six V and on or off through a Dual in-line package switch, along with an input control of four-twenty milliamperes and zero to ten V of direct current, or your second option could be the sink mode, that has zero to six V and eighteen to twenty-four V and on or off. It also provides safety from overcurrent for sixty secs at two-hundred percent hardware limit and three seconds at three-hundred percent instantaneous fault. The 4.9 pounds module is equipped enough that it can also guard against overvoltage and undervoltage, and it has an enclosure of frame A. the temperature for this panel mount drive ranges from negative ten to fifty degrees Celsius ( non-condensing relative humidity of five to ninety-five percent).
