The 2094-BM01 is a Kinetix 6000 Axis Module by the Allen Bradley company. These drives are designed and manufactured to deliver a Kinetix Integrated Motion solution for different applications involving drives, motors and actuators. On the basis of peak output current, rms and 0 pk, the modules are differentiated into A, B and C series. The input voltage of this module is in the range 324 - 528 volts rms (3 phase), whereas the nominal voltage is in the range 360 - 480 volts. 2094-BM01 has a shunt resistor that is rated 115 ohm and there is a capacitance of 150 μF. There is energy absorption of 19 J whereas short circuit current rating is 200000 A rms. To install the module, all guidelines should be properly followed. Certain space has to be left above and below the module. This space should be two (2) inches below and 11.2 inches above the module so that there is proper ventilation. High frequency bonding is used so that there is minimum electrical noise. In high frequency bonding frames, metal chassis, enclosures and shields are mutually connected to each other. By doing this the effect of electromagnetic interference is minimized. This module is comparatively small in size, which makes it perfect for many applications where space is confined and limited. This module also has communication slots for Ethernet and SERCOS. This module has an internal cooling fan and an alarm is raised by the thermistor if the temperature exceeds fifty (50) degrees Celsius (°C).
