The integrated axis module (IAM) 460V converter power specifications are discussed as follows. This module category operated at an AC input voltage of 324-528V rms three phase which is equivalent to 360-480V nominal value and an AC input frequency of 47-63 Hz. Main Ac input current Nominal 10.0 A (rms) and maximum inrush (0-pk) 11.0 A. All IAM power modules are limited to 2 contactor cycles per minute (with up to 4 axes), or 1 contactor cycle per minute (with 5-8 axes). The cycle capability also depends on the converter power rating and the total system capacitance. DC input voltage and current for common-bus follower are 458-747V DC and 9.0 A respectively. Control power AC input voltage 95-264V rms at single phase that is 230V nominal. Control power AC input current Nom (@ 220/230V AC) is 3 A rms and Nom (@ 110/115V AC) is 6 A rms. Nominal bus output voltage is 650V DC. Line loss ride through for this is 20ms. Continuous output current to bus 9.0 A (Adc) and Peak output current to bus 22.6 A (Adc). Bus overvoltage is 825V DC and Bus undervoltage is 275V DC. Peak power output at 480V is 15 kW. Converter peak output duration equals 400 ms with a duty cycle of 16%. Its weight is approximately 5.67kg that equals 12.5 lbs and the dimensions are 302 x 290 x 80.0 x 260 x 290 mm or 11.9 x 11.4 x 3.2 x 10.25 x 11.4 inch. Bandwidth values vary based on tuning parameters and mechanical components. PWM frequency 8 kHz. Nominal input voltage 650V DC. Continuous current 6.1 A (rms) and Continuous current (sine) 8.6 A (0-pk). Internal shunt of Continuous power 50 W and Peak power 5.6 kW. AM Power Module 460 V weight being approximately 3.18 kg that equals 7.0 lbs. Capacitance is 150 µF and Capacitive energy absorption is 19 J.
