The 1336-WC009 dynamic brake chopper is an Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation module. This module has a continuous ampere rating of 935 VDC a 575 VAC input voltage rating. Additionally, it supports F1 and F2 frame models. Aside from its basic features, the main application of this dynamic brake chopper is to provide dynamic braking to improve torque and speed to ensure excellent performance of the drives. The 1336-WC009 particularly is designed to improve the productivity of the plant in general. In addition, this module includes a transistor chopper with IGBT capability. Besides that, this dynamic braking chopper is compatible with TTL capabilities for the braking fault. For better applicability, some safety precautions should be maintained while operating this module.
