The 1336-WB035 is an Allen-Bradley Dynamic Brake Chopper with an AC voltage rating of 380/415/460 Volts. It includes F1 and F2 fuses, as well as a TTL-compatible brake fault. Because of its 750 Volt DC continuous ampere rating, the 1336-WB035 qualifies as an open type assembly, allowing for the inclusion of user-supplied brake resistors to increase the module's braking torque capabilities. If the present rating is insufficient for the application, these are meant to be used in conjunction with it. One of the modules is the master dynamic brake module, while the others are known as follower modules. The working status of the module is indicated by two indicator lights positioned on the front of the enclosure. These two indicators are labeled "Brake On" and "DC Power." The high-speed analogue inputs on the 1336-WB035 unit help to improve drive responsiveness to speed or torque instructions, as does the integrated process PI control, which removes the need for a separate process loop controller. This device's flying start function allows for a smooth connection to spinning loads. Its inertia ride-through technique uses rotational energy stored in high inertia to provide triple-free operation after a protracted power outage. The torque prove offers load management when switching control from a mechanical brake to a motor. It also has torque control capabilities including encoder feedback for +/-2 percent torque adjustment and the ability to hold the whole load at zero speed. This module's programming flexibility allows for the connecting of parameters to the drive. When installing dynamic brake enclosures, put them vertically and outside of another cabinet.
