Allen-Bradley’s 1336L8E is an encoder loss detection-based control interface board. The voltage rating is 24Volts AC/DC. This control interface comes with an encoder feedback system. It is used with the Bulletin 1336 drives. The 1336-L8E interface is a logic control interface that connects various drive functions with the help of AC/DC signals. The current rating required for the interface board operation is 24 Volts AC/DC. The board also comprises two (2) plugin connectors. These connectors help with connecting the main control board connector jumpers. This control interface board is C-tick certified.
As the interface board comes with an encoder feedback system, it serves as a distinguished control interface board. This unique encoder feedback helps with the detection of signal losses. In addition, it has optional features including programming. This option allows the users to alter or configure the inputs that meet their needs or applications. The certifications and standards met by the 1336-L8E include KC, CE, CE-LVD, and CE-EMC compliance. Compatibility features include the 1336-L8E control interface board, compatibility with 1336 Plus II and 1336 Impact devices, well suited nature with circuits that are capable of high-true logic operations, 1771 compatibility, as well as suitability with circuits that have a maximum of 8 Volts DC and 1.5 milliamperes. This interface board has 12 terminals and 9 control inputs. It can be used as both command input signals or interface common signals. The operating voltage of the interface board ranges from 20 to 26 Volts DC (high-state) and has a current rating of 10 milliamperes.
