The 1336-GM1 is an optional interface module engineered for the 1336F Plus II series of adjustable frequency drives. This product is designed and manufactured by Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation. It is used to establish a digital connection among programmable controllers and SCANport devices. In addition, it is often referred to as an impact drive that uses open-type remote Input / Output communication mechanisms and gets the input power supply from the compatible 1336F drive. Besides that, this interface module is compatible with a SCAN port load with a range of 60 milliamperes DC power and can be connected directly to the device. This connection between the said modules is established through an internal connector featured with the GM1 that can link it to the SNAPport device immediately. Besides that, a remote I/O cable can also be used to establish a connection with remote I/O connectors. The board is fit for a range of 1336 adjustable drivers and contains DIP switches. These very switches help users with the configuration and monitoring. Additionally, they let users program how switches behave upon error occurrence.
